Outside of work, a Hermes Agent maintainer landed a lazy MCP schema cache on main from my design, and a chart-export fix is merged in Apache Superset.

The interesting part starts after it runs.

Care
I care about software that still behaves when the input is messy and a person is waiting on it.
Build
Agents, the pipelines behind them, and small local tools. The public ones are a product-decision layer, a FreeCAD agent, and a context daemon for coding agents.
Think
I would rather make one loop reliable than add another feature around a broken one.
